Friends of Ashgrove Reserve

Who we are & what we do

Since October 2017 the Lower Cashmere Residents Association has instigated the restoration and on-going care of Ashgrove Terrace Reserve which was established by public subscription in 1963.

We have regular maintenance and weeding days. and we have Christchurch City Council support through the urban ranger.

Please feel free to come down and enjoy the reserve or join us in keeping the reserve beautiful.

Ashgrove Reserve is a small, but well-established reserve at the top end of Ashgrove Terrace, near Princess Margaret Hospital.  The reserve has mature native trees and planting, with pathways, which became quite neglected after the earthquakes.
